Refund & Returns Policy

At Sarika’R Prakritik, we take great pride in offering high-quality, authentic Ayurvedic cosmetic products. Since our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We ensure that all products are checked for quality before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Timeframe: Customers must report any damage or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at sarikarprakritik@gmail.com. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Proof Requirement: Customers must provide both images and a video showing the damaged or incorrect product. The video must include the unboxing of the package to verify that the damage did not occur after delivery. Without a valid unboxing video, the claim will not be processed.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement product. No refunds will be provided.
  • Non-Eligibility: If the reported issue is due to personal dislike, mild variations in color/texture, or incorrect usage of the product, it will not qualify for a replacement.


3. Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.



4. Shipping Responsibility

  • If a replacement is approved, we will bear the shipping costs for sending the correct or undamaged product.
  • If the customer provided an incorrect shipping address or failed to accept the delivery, we are not responsible for reshipping or issuing any refund.
